1. Call TM Customer Service Centre @ 100 to lodge a complain. Get your Complaint Ticket Number for future references.
Operating hours for TM 100 are as follows;
Mon-Fri : 8:00 am until 10:30 pm
Sat-Sun : 8:00 am until 5:30 pm
