WiFi connected but unable to access internet.

For PC users
1. Do one of the following:
3. Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, select either Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then select Properties.
4. Make sure that Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically are selected.
5. Open the internet browser and check whether you can access the internet now.
For mobile (Android) users
1. Navigate to Settings > WiFi > Long select or click Details on your WiFi Network to see Modify Network Option.
2. Select Modify Network option and enter the password.
3. Check Show Advance option and scroll down to view advance options which must be available by now.
4. Change IP Settings from DHCP to Static
However if problem still persists, kindly contact IT Support personnel or our Support Centre.

- In Windows 10, in the search box on the taskbar, type View network connections, and then select View network connections at the top of the list.
- In Windows 8.1, select the Start button, start typing View network connections, and then select View network connections in the list.
- In Windows 7, open Network Connections by selecting the Start button, and then selecting Control Panel. In the search box, type adapter, and then, under Network and Sharing Center, select View network connections.

4. Change IP Settings from DHCP to Static
- IP Address : Most probably your Gateway address will be 192.168.1.1, change your IP Address' last digit in this address to any value preferably between 2 to 20.
- Change DNS1 to 8.8.8.8
- Change DNS2 to 8.8.4.4
